Description: Renovation of the existing Yvonne Burke - John D. Ham Park in the City of Lynwood.  The project design included a new archway entry, two additional playground areas, new landscaping, additional electrical lighting as well as new wrought iron decorative safety fencing.

Objectives: To assist the City of Lynwood with a renovation of an existing park, generating design solutions and technical plans
