Description:  City of Compton Planning Commission requested assistance in generating design concepts for various City own properties for future improvements and development.  Various specific property locations were assessed for building improvements or new project construction.  Several solutions were presented to developers at a CSUDH meeting.

 

Services: Site assessments, conceptual designs, 3D renderings and project presentations to construction developers. 

Objectives: To assist Mr. James Hays, City of Compton Planning Commissioner with presentation of various project opportunities.
