Description: Design includes a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) above the existing garage and a renovation of the existing residence in the City of Montebello, CA. The new ADU will feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, a kitchen on the second floor and a dog washing station and 3-car garage on the ground floor. Additionally, the main house renovation will feature the construction of a new covered back patio and outdoor chimney.

 

Services: Conceptual design and agency approvals

 

Objectives: To assist our Client with the construction of a new ADU and renovation of their family home, we provided preliminary timeline milestones, estimated project costs, and projected real estate value after the completion of the new addition and renovations.
