Description:  Four story bridge housing project for Union Rescue Mission in the County of Los Angeles.  The facility includes 84 residential units, large commercial kitchen, common dining room, several courtyards, administrative offices, medical and dental offices, a computer classroom and common areas on each floor for family residents. 

 

Services: Programming &  design, CUP documents, Community Outreach, City Council & Planning Commission presentations. 

Objective: To assist Union Rescue Mission with design and management of a 84,250 SF satellite facility in Compton, CA.
