Description:  Design of a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the City of Whittier, CA. The project included two ground floor garages, two new laundry rooms, a backyard sitting area with overhead pergola, and an upper level two bedroom apartment.

Objectives: To assist our Client with assessments for the construction of a new ADU at their forever home. We provided preliminary timeline milestones, probable project costs, and ultimately subsequent real estate value after completion of the new residence.
